Question: I have both upper and lower eyeliner tattoo. The person made a mistake and hit under my eye leaving a
black mark. What can be done to remove this since the tattoo person attempted with a light ink to cover
which it did not and now I have a white spot on top of the black which you can definitely notice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
A permanent tattoo can only be removed by few sessions of lasers. A q switched laser is considered to be good for tattoo removal. There is no other option for the same. For the same you need to consult a dermatologist in your area who practices aesthetic dermatology or cosmetology.
I would appreciate if you could attach an image of affected area as that would help me in clarifying your doubts in a better way. You can upload an image by clicking on upload report/image icon which is on right side of query page.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care
