Brief Answer:
Probably Parkinson Disease, a physical exam is necessary.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Parkinson disease.
This diagnosis is very common in people of your age.
A physical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Other examinations that are needed to exclude other diagnosis are:
-a complete blood count
-thyroid hormone levels
-an electromyography, which reveals the electrical activity of the muscles.
The symptoms can be maintained under control through proper treatment so don't worry.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
