Suggest Treatment For Varicocele On Left Testes
Question: hi
i had varicocele 3 mm on my left testes
i did the surgery of the tie 3 weeks ago and i was feeling better
yesterday i maturbated and i watched porn for long time
after i did this , i started to feel my testes very heavy again and the green bag on the bottom of my testes has appeared again
does it mean the operation was corrupted because of watching porn long time

Most likely testicular heaviness is not related to masturbation and watching porn.
Pain and heaviness may persist for three to six weeks after operation.I don't think it is a serious issue.In majority of the cases,operation heals by three weeks and patient can resume normal activities.
At present,I only suggest for watchful observation.
However,if heaviness persists then it may need clinical examination.You may consult your surgeon then.

what about the green bag of worms that was disappeared and since yesterday it came back like before and may be more
