Brief Answer:
3 weeks - 3 months - 9 months is a standard times

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and a picture you have posted.
Read and understood that you had burns a week ago.
Wounds will obviously be red and fragile in the 2nd week of healing.
As you would realize that the skin is already stretched over the tissues which are so less in the fingers the healing character of the wounds in fingers is different that the other parts of the body.

This is absolutely normal.

Healing already in place, the next step is strengthening of the skin.
It will take almost 2 more weeks for it to have a good strength and please remember the healing is a continuous process that is called as remodeling and goes on for about 3 to 9 months before it is fully stabilized.

I hope this answer helps you.
Take Multivitamins for good healing.

Brief Answer:
Normal full diet,, yes 2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Please take the full normal diet.
If everything goes as should go in a normal course, it will be normal again in 2 weeks. Rest of the course will be as already explained.
