Suggest Treatment For Syringoma
Question: Under my eye i have so many little dots (like heat boil), only under the right eye. when i consulted the detmatologist they told this is syringoma. This can be cured by lazer processes, that too which is very close to the eye cant be removed. i am having this for the past 6 months. Till now i have not taken any treatment. pls help me in this.

Syringomas are benign tumors derived from the intraepidermal part of sweat glands. They mainly occur in the periorbital area.
Treatment is ablative CO2 Laser/vaporization, which results in complete removal of the existing lesions. New lesions may form in future which have to be removed similarly.
Laser is entirely safe and is the treatment method of choice for syringoma and has no effects related to eye/vision.
Other madalities that can be used are electrocautery or radiofrequency cautery.

1. pls suggest any cream or medicine will cure this. or which method is best like lazer or electrocautery and also cost vise which is best.
2. When consulted one doctor she told sometimes this will vanish automatically over a period of time. If we remove also there is possibly to get again.
pls suggest me.

Hi.
I have reviewed the photographs. The raised bumps that we can see in the periorbital area can be a cosmetic concern for a young lady, more than anything else. They are asymptomatic and wont hinder you in anyway. If you feel concious about them and therefore desire to get rid of them, you may visit a dermatologist or Laser Surgeon in your region and inquire about the most appropriate method available with him/her. The preferable method of removal varies from doctor to doctor. Different doctors may do it differently(Laser or Radiofrequency cauter or Electrocautery) but the goal remains the same i.e Ablation of the raised bumps. Cost too can vary from doctor to doctor. That can be negotiated with the doctor once you are convinced by the method of removal.
Creams won't help you.
They can vary in size e.g in summers they can appear more prominent as compared to winters. Of course new ones can form after removal of the existing ones.
The condition that we are talking about here is most commonly localized to the periorbital skin and remains localized to this area. They are asymptomatic and wont hinder you in anyways. Size may vary, sometimes they may appear more prominent and at other times less noticeable.
So, It is entirely your call whether you want to get them removed or not.
