Brief Answer:
Ice + rest + Pain killers...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is good to know you don't have ankle swelling or pain following injury. However sometimes this swelling and pain may develop future in due course of time. Therefore I will recommend you to ice the affected region and to avoid physical exertion / activities. You may also start pain medication available over the counter for additional benefits.

If it starts to hurt or if you have issues while walking to the church, I will recommend a physical examination at the ER.

Hope this answers your question.

Regards
