Question: I have had a nose issue for the last 4 months and it started I think when I pulled some hair from my nose. and I thought it was just a sore spot where I pulled it from but it seemed to be really sharp pain even to the touch but then it seemed to drain all the time but not to the point of coming out but until the drainage hrdened and then everytime I clean it out it drains more until it seems to XXXXXXX mostly overnight and will not go away. Have any thoughts ?

Brief Answer:
Possible Obstructive nasal disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail

As per your symptoms the possibility of an Obstructive rhinitis is very high.

It's important to get an Anterior Rhinoscopy at the earliest . The procedure involves examination of the floor and side walls of the nose under microscopic examination.

Meanwhile a short course of antibiotics and analgesics will help to improve your symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you

Post your further queries if any
Thank you
