Brief Answer:
Injury will heal in 2-6 weeks depending on the size of lump.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have injury in your shin bone with painful lump and it has not healed yet.
In my opinion sometimes these injuries may take weeks( 2-6 weeks) to heal depending on initial size of lump( usually a collection of Blood).
However the pain will start reducing now and will almost be gone by 3 weeks.
At your age the healing is slower than normal but it will heal.
I suggest you start a mild pain killer for sometime.
I hope to have answered your question. Please feel free to ask any further question.
