Brief Answer:
Follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about cough.

Following is my reply:

1) Cough can be very annoying around this time of pregnancy. Please follow advice I am typing below

2) You need to take steam inhalation in the morning and at night before sleep. Add Karvol capsules to the water to ease congestion of nose.

3) Sleep warm as much as possible. Dont expose yourself to allergens as much as possible. Ask someone to sust your house / room and eep it dust free including your bed.

4) If cough is too much you can have 2 spoons of syrup like Becarex in the morning and in night before sleeping.

5) Gargle your throat with warm water and salt as soon as you get up in morning and before you sleep in night.

I hope my answer hlps you.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
