Brief Answer:
Visit a neurologist for detailed examination and investigation as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
There may be a possibility of brain involvement either due to tooth extraction related infection or de novo.
The description of symptoms suggests seizure with either todd's palsy or weakness due to motor cortex involvement.
You should take her to a neurologist or physician for evaluation and advice for brain Mri and eeg.
Antiepileptics medication may be required.
Antibiotics if suggestions of infection.
Better to visit a neurologist as soon as possible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
