Question: Hello,
I woke up yesterday morning with a headache. What is different about this headache is that it is on top of my head on the right side. Usually my headaches are behind my forehead. I never went away completely and is still there today. It is not a strong headache but it is bugging me. Do I need to be concerned about this?

The majority of headaches are not related to worrisome underlying conditions, but, change of headache pattern ( location and intensity for example ) is an indication for further medical evaluation.
In this case, at least an evaluation by your Doctor and neurological examination are needed to determine if there is need for further investigations such brain imaging or not.
