Brief Answer:
Get 4 th Generation ELISA test are required if not done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

There is no need to get depressed or worried as only one exposure HIV infection is unlikely. Your test results are non reactive for HIV infection means is a good sign. You have got antibodies based test as you say. Are you sure p24 was not tested in same test. Upload the report if possible. As for confirmation I would suggest you to take a 4 th generation ELISA test which detects p24 antigen which is more required in window period. So get a 4 th generation ELISA test done as it is more conclusive. Share the reports with me when you get. As in your case 98 days have passed. So you may take an 4 th generation ELISA test as soon as possible. But according to international norms you have to take antibodies based test once again at 6 months. After that you will require no more testing.
As far as your second problem is concerned tested are red appears nothing to do with HIV infection. Would not be able to comment without evaluation or photo. Kindly send a pic if possible. Or you can consult a dermatologist for evaluation.
Practice barrier methods during intercourse in future. Do not worry and trust. The chances that you will be negative are 99.99%. Tests are requested to remove the slight risk in your case.

Brief Answer:
As per norms a test at 6 months is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

I would like to tell you that both the tests you got done are unreliable when tested at 3 months. They are usually suggested only after 6 months to detect antibodies. In widow period below 6 months 4 th generation ELISA test or PCR for HIV are considered conclusive. So I would suggest you to take 4 th generation ELISA test at 3 months and as per international norms repeat a 3 rd generation ELISA test after 6 months. After that you will require no further tests.Do not worry just take tests.
