Brief Answer:
Sounds like a acne (possibly infected)

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The presentation provided sounds like a acne (possibly infected)'. It usually occurs due to a staphylococcal infection and gets worse when left untreated. I thus have a few suggestions for you, which should help gradually get rid of it and prevent recurrences. Please do try your best to follow them, they are the following:

-Make sure you wash your hands regularly
-Carry a napkin or tissue to always clean any fluid or tears coming from it
-It would greatly help if you take steam to the affected region several times a day
-Try to heat rock salt on a pan, wrap it in a clean cloth and place it on the affected region almost throughout the day for as many days as possible. This is very important as heat causes the infection-causing organism to die and prevents it from multiplying (continue this even after the swelling has gone, for at least another 7-10 days)
-Do not press or squeez it
-The warm compress can also be applied using hot water, as hot as can be tolerated at least 6-10 times a day for at least 15 minutes each time
-Antibiotic ointment will also greatly help (eg. clindamycin)
-Keep the region clean at all times
-Do not let anyone touch it and please avoid these massages and facials from an untrusted place in the future ma'am

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
