Brief Answer:
MUSCLE CRAMPS

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the history you described, its likely to be muscle cramps that can be related to muscle overuse. NSAIDS, muscle relaxants can be prescribed accordingly for 10 days. Most likely the symptoms will improve. Vitamin d, calcium and B 12 levels should be done.

Kindly answer the following.

Do you have diabetes or hypertension
Is there swelling of feet or legs.
What medications are you currently taking
Do you have any altered sensations on the feet
Since when exactly have you started experiencing these symptoms.

Let me know if you have any query

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
