Brief Answer:
Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You seem to have developed Folliculitis. Please upload a photo so that I am better able to help.

Folliculitis is a bacterial infections. Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.

Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis. Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given. Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance. It doesn't have relation to blood else you would have developed boils all over body.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Wishing you a good health.
Thank you
