Brief Answer:
Ayurveda and Homeopathy cannot cure this. Please consult Dr. XXXXXXX Johari

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Your Son is suffering from Pseudoarthrosis of the tibia which is caused by underlying condition called Neurofibromatosis. This explains the brown spots or patches on his body.

In this case the bone has a defect and hence cannot unite unless stimulated by bone graft and adequate support to walk.

Since it is fractured after falling this adds to the challenges during treatment, but there are better options available for treatment than McFarland grafting. The Charnley method where a metal rod is passed through the tibia length along with grafting is one of the best methods of treatment because the child will be able to bear weight as well as the tibia will heal.

I advise you to consult Dr. XXXXXXX Johari from Children's Hospital in XXXXXXX as he is an excellent surgeon for children with such deformities.

I would like to give you good and helpful advice to not consult Ayurveda or Homeopathic Doctors for treatment as there is no available Medical treatment but only Surgical treatment such needs to be done by a leading Paediatric Or surgeon such as Dr. XXXXXXX Johari.

There is still great hope for functioning limb in his case once the best surgical treatment is performed for him.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
