Suggest Treatment For Poor Erection

Question: I am suffering from morning erection problem so I visited a sexologist and he advised to take tadalafil and dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets . Is that fine to take that tablets and how long it will take to get cure? And my BP level is 140/90 or 130/80 sometimes.

If the problem is only with erection, than there is no need to take dapoxetine. Only tadalafil should help.
