Question: Dr. Spaho..!! Good morning...!!

Following your answer I changed the taking of Simvastatin for mornings. Since then, the nightmares have disappeared, however, I still dreaming most of the night, especially the last 4 or 5 hours of my night sleep. Is it something else that I should be doing or is it possible that the dreaming will stop after a while?

Thanks in advance and my regards,
doctor

Brief Answer:
Your sleep and dreams will improve with time.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better.

Things you can do to improve further in short time:

- you can discuss with your treating Doctor about changing Simvastatin with Pravastatin eg.

- you can use natural products that promote quiet sleep such chamomile tea, or over the counter sleep pills ( Alora eg. ).

I think your sleep and dreams will improve further, as time passes, even if you don't follow the above mentioned suggestions.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.
