Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cracked Heels

Question: Hi doctor

My name is XXXX. Age 29.
Height 5'7
Weight 88

I am having cracked heels for last three months. There is no pain, no swelling, no blood. No other problems.

Please help to cure this one.

I have reviewed the attached photographs.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply an ointment containing steroid salicylic acid combination like clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid 3 percent ointment on the affected areas of heels twice daily along with application of a moisturising cream containing urea and glycolic acid like xerina cream on the entire feet twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
This will resolve your problem.

You can apply clop S ointment or niosalic ointment on the heels twice daily along with application of xerina cream or moisturex cream on the entire feet.
