Brief Answer:
Possible infection of lacrimal gland, please send a photo

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Can you please provide a photo of the growing in your eye.

From what you are saying, the painful growing in the inner part of left eye is infected lacrimal gland. Antibiotics taken orally and applying locally can help fight infection.

Keep good hygiene of the eyes. Wash with warm water and baby shampoo (in parts 5x1), rinse well with water and chamomile tea. Applying warm chamomile pads can help.

Looking forward to have the requested photo in.
