Brief Answer:
A photo of the lumps and following additional information required first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX wright,

Can you please send a photo of the lumps?

When did the inflamed lumps appear?

Any new detergent used recently?

Do you remember any insect bite?

Any local trauma recently?

Are they localized, or you can see in other parts of your body too?

Mupiricin ointment can help, but ice packs alone should be alternating with warm clothing. So, it would less pressure and inflammation, and pain.

Looking forward to have the requested information and photo in.
