Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Breast Area

Question: last two days i m caring that a unusual feeling/pain in the upper part of the breast when i m using trade mill at the speed of 6 k.mph. please note that when i reduce the speed the unusual feeling / pain has gone. please advise

If need be, further tests to see the state of the vessels supplying the heart may be recommended. Management will depend on the the findings and final diagnosis.
