Brief Answer:
Most probably you may be suffering from the screamers nodule

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern and worry; and it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the screamers nodule.

I would like to inform that screamers nodule are also known as “calluses of the vocal fold.” They appear on both sides of the vocal cords, typically at the midpoint, and directly face each other. Like other calluses, these lesions often diminish or disappear when overuse of the area is stopped.

If I were your treating doctor then I would like to prescribe you
1. Deflazocort systemic steroid 30 mg once a day if not contraindicated.
2. Acetyl cysteine mucolytics 600 mg once day.
3. Avoid screaming as much as possible i.e. voice rest.
4. Drink water as much as possible.
