I've gone through your query and understand your concern..however I can see that you'd the same complaints last month also which was addressed by the fellow physician, so I need to know have you followed any of those advises yet ?

You should know that these symptoms are too non-specific and can be present due to several causes, so, for a complete recovery, you need to get clinically examined as well as investigated accordingly..

I'd strongly advice you not to delay any more and to schedule an appointment with an Orthopaedician for a complete physical examination and relevant investigations accordingly(i.e. CBC, Calcium, Uric acid, Vit D3, X-ray of the affected leg, urine routine microscopy, FBS, PPBS)..

Please note that it's not at all advisable to take any over the counter medications in this scenario as they mostly mask the symptoms in the short term making only further delay in diagnosis hence do nothing but harm in the long run..

Please do not wait any further and get yourself properly investigated at first to get appropriately treated..
