Question: I hurt my foot the other day I was running around and I heard my foot crack its the joint of my big toe I can curl my toes but it hurts to bend back and to put pressure on that side of my foot

The symptoms are suggestive of a bone injury. Mild joint dislocation is also possible. It is best to get an X-ray of the foot done to find out the exact cause of these symptoms.
Keeping the foot elevated on two pillows while resting and taking mild pain killers will help in the meanwhile. Avoid all the painful movements.
