Question: Hi sir I am xxxxxxxxx my problem is swellon of right side testis for more then ten years it has no regular pain but sometime it pain in both. I have get treatment many time but no relieve. Sir I am very sad what will be I dont know sir pls help.

Hi XXXXXXX

As per your description you seem to have hydrocoele or varicocele. Both of them present with swollen testis either one side or both sides. Both of them are long term and may not be painful. They get pain only during infection times.

To confirm What I think please attach any of the prpescripptions you got from your doctor.
If my assumptions are correct the only treatment is surgery and nothing else. Both the above conditons are completely cured and recurrence rate is low on surgery.

Please attach any supporting prescriptions or Ultrasound scan reports of the testis you may have undergone.
