Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Knees

Question: I asked about Doctor earlier about pain and swelling in my knee. I forgot to ask is it good to wrap it with a ace bandage for the swelling? should go put a heating pad on it? what do you suggest I do for swelling? my ankle and knee are huge

I advise you to keep your leg slightly elevated during bed time
You can do ice fomentation, this will help to reduce swelling
Crepe bendage may be an option, but it may be not much helpful
I also advice you to see a rheumatologist, who are specialist for joint problems, to make a correct diagnosis
