Brief Answer:
There is no reason for worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani.
I will be answering your concerns today.

Few ( not all) women may feel that their body is a little warmer during early pregnancy because of the hormone effect but you don't experience temp above normal during pregnancy.

Not all women experience pregnancy symptoms. There is a wide range and variation in the symptoms women experience during pregnancy. If you have just mild symptoms, that is perfectly normal. Don't worry.
Continue taking prenatal tablets and enjoy the pregnancy.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama.
