Brief Answer:
Don't get worried,Observe carefully

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to HCM

I have gone through the details and do understand your concern.
Fall from bed or during play is very common in this age and most of the time it remains uneventful.
I won't get overly worried if there is no history of loss of conciousness, altered sensorium, repeated vomiting or any abnormal movement.
The only concern here is little bleeding from nose.
Bleeding from nose following fall is worrisome if it's persistent (more than 5-10 minute),associated with pain(in case of fracture bone)or bleeding from other site like ear or mouth.
Here I suggest you to observe her carefully at least for 24 hours for any abnormal sign like vomiting, recurrence of bleed or abnormal movement and if you notice any consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out in case you have any more doubts.
Regards

Brief Answer:
No need to worry,But keep observing

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

As there were no significant symptoms and it's already more than 12 hours, there is no need to worry.
In rare circumstances symptoms may appear after 12 hours till 48 hours. So just keep an eye and don't get overly worried.

Thanks and regards
