Brief Answer:
Surely yes. Clinical evaluation and investigation

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Pain in groin, both testicles off and on surely needs the following:
Clinical evaluation and an actual examination by a Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon or Urologist.
Relevant investigations of urine, blood and stool.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and scrotum to get a confirmed diagnosis.
And proper management as per the final diagnosis.

All these together can lead to a proper diagnosis and management.

I hope this answers your query and helps in decision making.

Take care.
Please give follow up after the things as mentioned above are done.
Give any further symptoms if you have in addition and feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
