Brief Answer:
Psychological Causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If your testis is not removed, then the problem of erection is mostly psychological. This happens when you are in high pressure job or dealing with family problems or any such problems. Try to sit down and think about things that are bothering you and way to find a permanent solution for them.

Majority of problems of erectile dysfunction arise due to psychological reasons and hence you need to let me know if there is something.

If you are planning to have another child, ICSI ( test tube baby) if the only way).

Hi Doctor

Thanks for the advise, but I think it is not only psychological but more of some deficiency. I work later part of the day and as such not have such mental burden. But I am definitely not a easy going guy and do lots of analysis on past present and future. I am a deep thinker and sometimes think which ever is not required or need of the moment. I comparatively more anxious on anything happening in and around me.

Please advise on any medications or supplements

Thanks and regards
