Brief Answer:
Oligoasthenospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Your Sperm count and motility both are too low.

2) This entity is called Oligoasthenospermia.

3) This is difficult to treat as it is very low.

4) First you need to be examined by an XXXXXXX to check testicular size, volume and presence of varicocele by examination.

5) After examination an ultrasound scan may be required ( Scrotal doppler ) to check for the confirmation of above findings.

6) After this the doctor might prescribe antioxidant medicines to improve count.

7) But if you dont see any improvement, you may have to go for ICSI technique ( a type of test tube baby treatment) to conceive.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Regards,
Dr. Mahesh Koregol
