Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Belching

Question: My 50 year old friend that I have known for 4 months,is lightheaded at times,belches at times,is tired and appears intoxicated at times.I"m worried about him.


He also got a DUI a couple of months ago.He had 1-2 beers.He blew below the limit,but blood work showed an extreme level.Could he have a underlying medical condition?He also has dropped 20lbs since I meet him.Hes 6' and dowen to 178-180.

If he was my patient I would recommend to do the following exainations to find out what is causing his symptoms:
- Blood work
- ABdominal ultrasound
- Upper Endoscopy
- Spine x ray
- Audiogram
