Question: I find it hard to climb stairs or just standing up from a chair. I have to use both of my hands for support. I cant squat. My legs get weak,

Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Considering your clinical history,your weakness appears to be physiological and not disease related because there are no associated sensory or bladder issues and the complaints are stationary in course.

I suggest you to have a good balanced diet,plenty of fluids and calcium/vitamin D supplementation along with antioxidants.Keep observing yourself and if the symptoms persist,then please visit a neurologist for physical examination.
