Question: AT THE TOP OF MY BUTT CRACK IT IS VERY ITCHY I RUN HOT WATER ON AREA AND PUT SOME GOLD BOND HEALING CREME ON AREA SHOULD I BE DOING THIS OR IS THERE A BETTER TOPICAL TREATMENT

This is good therapy for local skin infections, allergy reaction, irritation or fungal infections, but if this is caused by pylonidal sinus then it won't be efficient and you should see proctologist for further therapy.

You can also apply mild corticosteroid ointment and have sitz baths.
