Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation All Over Body
Question: itching my skin raw all over the body. starting to get swallowed up feet for over night .next moring my foot was fine. but now on the same foot about 4" up from the ankle is hot and swallowed along with my knee hurts to walk .I"m a machine

Hi Sir,
I understand your concern. Please upload a photograph so that I am better able to help. How long did you have the rash.
Going by your symptoms affecting all the family members, the possible etiology could be possible Urticaria/Hives.
Diffuse hives or wheals may occur and cause significant pruritis/itch; individual wheals resolve after minutes to hours, but new wheals can continue to form.
Urticaria can be caused by viral infections, foods, drugs, or contact allergens.
I generally treat my patients with oral tablets of Allegra and Prednisone. I suggest you to please see a doctor if his views are same and if can prescribe these drugs for you.
These medications should offer you prompt relief.
Avoidance of the allergen is the best method of prevention, but this is not always possible. For this reason, patients should always have their rescue medications with them (eg, EpiPen, albuterol MDI).
Allergen-specific immunotherapy is known to be disease modifying for aero-allergens and stinging insect venom.
