Brief Answer:
Here are a few suggestions to help with the inadequate lubrication

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sorry I did not really understand what you meant by 'self lubrication pain after sex'; did you mean that your lubrication (natural) is insufficient, and is resulting in pain (due to dryness) from lack of lubrication?

If so, then the best solution to insufficient lubrication during intercourse are the following steps:

+Adequate stimulation before sexual penetration, in the form foreplay
+Use of safe lubrication (e.g. KY-jelly), easily available in almost all medical stores

If at all I did not understand your query and have not provided you with the information you were looking for, then please do forgive me and write to me with a more clear query and I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Please do take some time to respond to all my questions, thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you for the response.

Do you mind responding to a couple of my questions so I can better understand why this is happening, thank you:

+Do you and your sexual partner involve in foreplay (kissing, fondling, cuddling, massages, oral sex, etc.) before actual vaginal penetration?
+If you do go about foreplay, how long does the foreplay last before vaginal penetration?
+When your partner penetrates your vagina, does he find it difficult to enter due to lack of lubrication?
+Do you feel pain when there is vaginal penetration?
+Do you enjoy the sexual session?
+Is there anything in the sexual session that your partner performs which you do not like? You can tell me if there is something like that, as I need to understand in order to be able to help you adequately enough.
+Have you ever tried any lubricants?

Please do take some time out to answer all my questions in the same order as I need that information to better help you ma'am. Please also do not hesitate to feel shy to share any extra information with me, that can help me to help you. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes.
