Brief Answer:
Further details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I would like to know some more details.
Since how long is he having this problem?
Is he taking medication for blood pressure?
Has he done any tests like blood tests and other tests? If yes, attach them.

According to his symptoms, I would suggest you need to discuss with your consulting Cardiologist as soon as possible.

Meantime I would suggest him
Take complete blood rest with elevate head side of bed 30 to 40 degrees by using bricks or wood to support the bed.

If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
