Brief Answer:
An ultrasound of the area will help diagnose

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Welcome to HCM

This is common and no need to worry much.

1)Apply hot fomentation over the region.
2)Take OTC pain meds like tramazac-p twice a day for 5 days.
3)If discomfort worsens or new symptoms like blurring of vision, nausea, giddiness seek immediate medical attention.

If this does not get better in two days then see a doctor. A medical examination and if needed an ultrasound of the area will help diagnose.

Hope this helps..If any doubts, don't hesitate to ask.

Take care.
