Brief Answer:
Mysthenia gravis is one possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Presence of fatigue and weakness after some activity while improvement after rest clearly indicates that the muscles in your body not getting proper signal from the brain.

Although there are multiple disorders which can present in similar way but I feel Mysthenia gravis should be the first disease to get excluded before making a final diagnosis. This is a kind of autoimmune disorder which affects affects older men and middle aged female but can affect any person of any age.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions .
Thanks and regards.
