Brief Answer:
Erupting permanent canine, normal phenomenon, upload images.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through query.
As far as the tooth which is coming near the lips can be a erupting permanent tooth. Usually at the age of 10-11years the permanent canine erupt from the gums where the lip joins the inner part of the oral cavity. so nothing to be panic, it is a normal phenomenon. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
If possible upload the images of the teeth which are in problem so that I can give you exact diagnosis.
I hope I have answered your query. If any queries are there then reply me back.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
its normal, erupting permanent canine, wait for 6 months

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. I have gone through your image.
As per the image, it looks like an erupting permanent canine. It is a normal phenomenon. Since the milk tooth has not shed, the permanent tooth is erupting on the cheek side. Once the milk tooth(canine) exfoliates, then the permanent tooth will move to the normal position. If it fails to move to its normal position in another 6 months, then consult a pediatric dental surgeon and get the milk tooth removed to make way for the erupting permanent canine.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back. Take care.
