Brief Answer:
This requires eye examination by your eye doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having redness of the eye outside the pupil.
These symptoms indicate ciliary congestion and we need to rule out inflammation of the eye like uveitis, episcleritis....

Since the redness of eye around the pupil requires evaluation I would suggest for a eye examination from your eye doctor.
Hence I suggest you to consult your ophthalmologist.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
