Brief Answer:
5 florouracil or tretinoin cream, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

DSAP is chronic and very resistant to treatment.
I would recommend you to apply topical 5 florouracil or tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the lesions once daily at night.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These topical creams are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
