Brief Answer:
Bypass a MUST in triple vessel disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I read your query and found that yyou are a 55 yr old diabetic (under control) with compromised Left ventricle dysfunction and the ejection fraction is moderate.
The treatment including the medicines suggested were standard and are the best in your kind of profile. You are put all the medicines to prevent second hard attack, control all the risk factors including diabetes, high BP, cholesterol.

As per my knowledge and experience in cardiology we never delay a bypass surgery in a person over just 50 yrs, diabetic with proven three vessels block and having risk factors. Your left ventricle (heart) is also ejecting small fraction of blood which may not be sufficient for any extra work that you may do in your routine.

I suggest you to immediately go in for a 'BY PASS graft' of your blood vessels supplying the heart.

Regarding the appointment with the said doctor I am not really sure which city this doctor practices and we do not hold for appointments.

All the best.
