Suggest Treatment For Delayed Speech In A 25 Month Old Child

Question: Hi my son is 25 months old he is not talking he just say few words like mumma daddy doesn't says even two words together m worried is it normal
His weight is 10.7kgs

The weight of the baby is normal. if the baby can do all other activities normally like walking running understanding her mother's instructions then speech is not a problem. Some children are shy by nature and develop speaking skills later. Try to allow the baby to interact with other children of his age. This will help him learn speaking earlier. No need to worry. it is just a normal variation. You can get him examined by an ENT specialist to be sure and to rule out any other pathology.

He is very active n does all other activities easily thinking to put him child care does he needs speech therapist
