Suggestion

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

If I understand you right, ejaculation doesn't happen when you have an orgasm, but happens when you are pulling your penis outside of the vagina? And then the semen is deposited near the outside rather than inside the vagina?

Perhaps you could leave your penis inside the vagina for a minute or two after you have had orgasm and then the delayed ejaculation of semen would arrive inside the vagina.

Hello Doctor,
Thanks for the reply, however penis automatically come out of the vagina as size of the penis reduces because it looses erection after orgasam. Hence the semen gets deposited at the edge and outside the vaginal hole.

Brief Answer:
Suggestion for conceiving

Detailed Answer:
Usually delayed ejaculation involves taking longer than what is the norm to reach climax.

If you reach orgasm in a normal amount of time, are you sure that the semen is only around the outside, and none on the inside?

If you and your partner are satisfied with the length of time that it takes for you to reach orgasm, but the main problem is that you and she are trying to conceive a baby, you have a few options:

- when there are physical impairments, a couple can conceive if the man masturbates and ejaculates into a cup, fills a small syringe (no needle needed) and inserts it into the woman's vagina.

- you can also consider seeing a urologist to asses if there is a medical reason for ejaculating a significant time after orgasm is over.

Brief Answer:
It will work.

Detailed Answer:
Some sperm may die, but as long as there is liquid semen, many will be alive. I definitely know of cases where this has worked well.
