Question: My wife has a allergy when she clean the wheat cough start so any medicine for that. she is 29 year old

At present you can give her oral antihistamine drug and cough syrup containing antihistamine and antitussive.

Ask her to wear mask or cover her face and nose while dealing with wheat, to avoid inhalation and thus allergy.
