There is not a way that you can legally make him impotent. You need to do whatever you can to keep your daughter safe. If he has fondled her then you may need to notify the police. If he is a threat then he needs to be in jail where he cannot hurt anyone. This could ruin your daughter's life.
I understand that he is part of your family too and that you feel that there is no one else to care for him, but truly, if he is a pedophile he needs to be dealt with in the criminal justice system.
My advice to you is to notify the police or child protective services and to do everything possible to protect your daughter.

Thanks for your advise Doctor .has much as it hurts me I know I have to do what is best for my daughter ,and what is best fo my nephew also, I will go to the relevant authorities . This is my only daughter I owe it to her to do what's best for her.appreciate your advise.
