Question: I have a couple of brown spots on penis for bout two years then all of a sudden they started to get bigger it turned in to some small slightly raised flat skin in shaft

Hello
Thanks for query based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you have multiple small Fordyce's spots over shaft of the penis .

These are due to presence of ectopic sebaceous glands present in skin outside the hair follicle .They are not due to any illness or disease and have no significance except cosmetic appearance .

Normally they fade away spontaneously over a period of time and no treatment is required .Treatment is advised if they increase in size .

They can be treated either Electro Desiccation or Micro punch technique but has tendency to recur again .
