Suggest Treatment For Boils On Lower Legs

default
Posted on Mon, 22 Sep 2014
Question: Yesterday I became aware of a series of small surface lumps , almost like tiny softish boils , on my lower legs confined to the lower shin bone and inner part of the legs . These appeared suddenly over a short period of time while I was driving back from a holiday resort in central Italy , and are still there today. At the moment they don't seem inflamed and are neither itchy nor sore.

Brief Answer:
They are due to allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like they are allergic in nature.
It may be due to allergy for some food or contact or air.If possible you can upload images for better idea.
Most of these type of lesions will disappear spontaneously.
If they still persist, you should consult a Dermatologist and get checked.
I prescribe Antihistamine tablet and corticosteroid tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
